hot · Buying within 30 days
Timeline is immediate, budget is established, and payment method is decided. Call these the day they land.

What's in every lead
- Model or make the buyer is shopping
- Purchase timeline, down to the 30-day window
- Budget band and whether they're paying cash or financing
- Trade-in status and current ownership situation
- ZIP or postal code, state or province, and whether they'll travel
- Name, phone, email, and their preferred contact method
Questions
- How many dealers get the same lead?
- It depends on your plan. Exclusive means you are the only dealer who receives it. Growth caps it at 2 dealers, Starter at 3. The buyer is always told how many dealers will reach out.
- What if a lead is junk?
- Report it within 72 hours with a reason and we credit it. Bad numbers, wrong territory, and duplicate submissions are never billed — we de-duplicate the same buyer on the same model automatically.
- Do you sell boats?
- No. Surfboat has no inventory and takes no part in the transaction. We run the make and model catalog buyers research on, and hand the buyer to you when they're ready to talk numbers.
- How fast do leads arrive?
- Immediately. Leads route the moment the buyer submits, and forward to your CRM or inbox in real time.
